PILS Programs and Job Openings
Volunteer/Intern needed August 2012-December 2012 Work 16 hrs a week as an ESL teacher at our institute in exchange for a room in a shared house and some utilities. Must be a native English speaker and have some experience. Age minimum 22. Extra training is available, free Spanish classes when we can fit them in or a 20% discount on scheduled Spanish Classes.
Full Time ESL Teaching Couple Jan 2013-March 2014
We are looking for an ESL teaching couple for a 13 month contract starting late January 2013.
We prefer US school teachers to certified ESL teachers. It´s a great working sabbatical for a couple

Municpal School Volunteer Program
Work 20 hours a week as an ESL assistant (with the local English teacher) in an elementary school. Feel good about giving back and improve your Spanish!
Program does not run in Dec, Jan, or Feb.
Minimum age 22
Experience: preferred previous work with children
Language: Native English speaker, Intermediate Spanish level (or take discounted Spanish classes)
Education: preferred college degree or similar
Criminal background check (must be scanedand sent to us prior to acceptance)
Minimum Committment: 2 months
Volunteers must make a $250 PayPal deposit to secure their placement (after acceptance)
